I have been reaching out to your team a few times now to get onto a call to answer my questions and no one from supprt answers me. the menue inst easy to use

Shopify does not have TREE Menu and Sub Menu for Sub Collection. This APP NAILS IT
They're always trying to help with everything you need, fixing stuff, checking for errors, or simply telling you where to find features or settings on the app.

The support team is very available and communicative! You can't customize how the menu looks on mobile, but it is very functional and works just as described.
