Un service exceptionnel et une application remarquable!
Ça fait plusieurs années que je travaille avec Budha Mega Menu et je suis toujours aussi satisfait de leur service! Une équipe professionnelle, efficace, rapide et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions ou régler les petits problèmes.
Et que dire de l'application elle-même! Elle est tout simplement excellente, complète, facile à utiliser et offre énormément de possibilités pour personnaliser et améliorer la navigation d'une boutique Shopify. C'est vraiment un outil que j'apprécie au quotidien.
Le service est impeccable, les suivis sont toujours excellents et c'est un vrai plaisir de travailler avec une équipe aussi compétente et fiable.

We have used the app for two years now and it is simple APP to use and it creates fantastically rich menus. Very easy to make changes and reorganise the content. Fast support when needed.

Customer support is lacking. There is no instant chat with either AI or a Human and if you need help the email turn around is too long. the product appears to be reasonably useful but when you need assistance and can't afford to pay someone to do the work for you its impossible. dissapointed there is not better customer service, especially as I am now paying for this product.
We have been using the app for 5 years with no issues and loving it! Then it went wrong and stopped working, but Zero Carbon support was excellent and got the app up and running again ASAP :-)
This Megamenu is exactly what we need to drive customers to the right product collection on our site (we have 50,000+ SKUs and over 200 Collections).

This has been my go-to navigations pp in both corporate ecommerce management roles and my own personal endeavors as an entrepreneur. It's an accessible price and gives an elevated look/feel.

We like this app very much. The menu is easy to create and the features (e.g. adding icons or labels) are really nice. You have various possibilities to design the menu (colour, fonts, position) and the submenu opens quickly in the live-shop.
We had a problem with the translation and the support was great. The problem was fixed and we were shown how we should proceed next time (another translation app caused the problem). Thank you for you service!
