Customers tap Record a bug to show store owners what’s broken

Add a Record a bug button so customers show you what went wrong instead of trying to explain it.

When a customer emails “your site isn’t working,” you’re left guessing which page, which button and which device. Bug Recorder adds a Record a bug button to your storefront. In one click, customers record their screen and voice in their own browser, showing exactly what went wrong while they talk you through it. They can preview the recording and download it to send to you. Turn the button on from your theme’s app embeds and match its colour, position and label to your store. No code needed.
