It worked for a while, then it caused problems with my product pages and the pages built with the app. And when I requested help, I got one reply asking for access, then nothing. We had to build the pages without it so now we're canceling our subscription.
Hi team!
Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced.
It looks like there may have been a miscommunication — we weren’t notified that access had been granted, so the request unfortunately didn’t move forward on our side.
We've since reached out to follow up and are currently awaiting your response. If for any reason you don't see our message, please reach out to us using this email support@buildify.shop.
Looking forward to your reply!
Many thanks,
Buildify team
DIDN'T WORK FOR MY THEME. PAGE COULDN'T BE PUBLISHED.
Hi FLIPSTYLEZLLC Team!
We're really sorry to hear that the app didn’t work as expected with your theme.
That’s certainly not the experience we want for any of our users. Some themes have unique structures that may require a little extra setup, and our support team is always happy to help with that.
We would have gladly worked with you to get everything running smoothly.
Please feel free to contact our support team anytime — we’re here to help and would still love the chance to assist you with publishing your page successfully.
Thanks again for your feedback.
Best regards,
Buildify team
