Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

Easy Bundle Builder is exactly the bundle app i've been looking for. In the past, i've ran into other apps that create bundles but they all were clunky or not easy to manage/upkeep. This app on the other hand makes the creation of a bundle very easy and this includes the creation process and maintaining it afterwards. Their support team is amazing! Ajay has been very helpful so far and I look to continue collaborating with him while exploring the different kind of bundles I can create using the tool!

I've been using this app for almost a year now, and it works seamlessly. It's easy to set up, and the support team is incredibly helpful and prompt with their responses. Highly recommended!

Awesome App - Ive probably downloaded 30 other apps and then finally I found this. Our store setup is we have a lot of different flavors for our products so giving the customer a choice on which flavor to pick is amazing. Highly recommend!

The Easy Bundle App has been a gamechanger for my website! The exact bundling that I was in search for to add to my website. Easy to use and navigate and their support team has gone above and beyond to help me. Amit especially has been working closely with me to teach me, support me, and answer all of my questions! So happy with their service!!!!

Easy Bundle Builder is super easy to use, but also the support is fantastic. They're really responsive, quick to help and constantly updating the offering. It integrates well with our inventory system, as well as with our picking lists. Highly recommend.

Amazing bundle app and great customizations. The improvements over the past year have been great and our AOV has gone up since using. Cant recommend enough.

Great app for my online giftbox store. I've been able to build different types of bundles specific to the needs of my business. The support team are fantastic and have really helped with any of my queries.

Outstanding Bundle Builder with Exceptional Support

Easy Bundle Builder by SkaiLama has been exactly what our Shopify store needed. The app is incredibly intuitive - we had our first bundles set up within minutes. The visual builder makes it simple to arrange products and customize how customers see them. You can create everything from simple volume discounts to mix-and-match bundles without any hassle.

What truly sets this app apart is their amazing customer service. When I needed help with a complex bundle setup, their team responded immediately, and even jumped on a screen share, they didn't just solve my problem - they suggested several ways to make our bundles even better! They even helped coordinate with another app when we had a minor conflict.

With features like real-time inventory sync and mobile-responsive design, plus such attentive support, this app is a must-have for any Shopify store looking to offer bundles.

Adding in Easy Bundle has transformed how we provide bundling and savings to our customers! The setup and installation were effortless, the team’s response time is exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier with the service so far.

UPDATE: Following my original review the team reached out and they were very helpful in getting my problems solved. I raised my score from 3 to 4 stars because of that.

Overall, it's the best bundle building app I've seen so far and I've tried a lot of them. I'm holding back the 5th star because I still think the UI and workflows need a bit more refinement - but the team seems like they care and are working towards a great product!

INITIAL REVIEW:

I've still got hope for this app but it's been a really rough onboarding experience so far.

I see that others have good things to say about the customer service in their reviews but for us it's been painfully slow. They are in India and we're in New York and we never get realtime chat interactions.

We're basically exchanging one sentence per day, which means it's been about two weeks and we've made no progress on actually resolving the glitch that's preventing us from using the app.

The UX on the admin panel also needs some rethinking.

It's surprising, because on the front end the UX is so nice but, for some reason, they laid out the backend in such a way that you have to manually enter your color preferences for every little place in the app, rather than simply letting you set defaults one time. I must have pasted the same hex value in about 20 different places, across 5 different screens just to get the widget to have a coherent look across the whole experience.

Basically, what should be a 10 minute setup for each widget becomes like a 45 minute process.
