EB | Easy Bundle Builder, BYOB

Great app with outstanding support!

We had a complex issue with duplicate add-to-cart requests caused by a conflict between Easy Bundle Builder and our custom cart drawer. The support team was incredibly patient, investigated thoroughly, and fixed everything step by step. Despite a few rounds of back and forth, they always stayed on it until everything was clean and working perfectly. The bundle functionality itself is exactly what we needed — easy to set up, great design options, and highly customizable. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with the Easy Bundle app. It works well for our needs, and the customer service is always helpful and quick to support us whenever we have questions. Highly recommended!

Great and fast support also on weekend evenings.

I am absolutely thrilled with this app! It has so much to offer and works perfectly for my store. But what really stands out is the customer support. They are super fast, always reachable, and incredibly helpful. Ankit help me get all the custom adjustments I wanted for my shop. Highly recommend!

Excellent support!
I had an issue with my bundle setup, and the support team was very patient and helpful. In the end, I found the issue myself, but I really appreciate the support and communication. Great app!

The support team is absolutely fantastic! They are always helpful, respond very quickly, and are happy to help with any questions or issues. Really great support and a very positive experience overall!

Quick and easy to set up, worked for the most part - I had a few issues where quick buy buttons were involved but the support response time was very very quick, Hiral was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the issues I had sorted, even thinking of things I hadn't considered. I've been using the app for around 6 months now and it's helped me to generate a significant amount more revenue. It looks brilliant and user experience is superb.

So far, I'm really loving Easy Bundle Builder! It's exactly what I was looking for to let my customers pick and choose products to build their own bundles. Nitin and Usman have been absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with EVERYTHING and made sure I had the support I needed. It's so nice to find a team that genuinely cares and is willing to go the extra mile to help you get things set up. I'm excited to see how this app helps my Shopify store grow! If you're looking for an easy way to offer customizable bundles on Shopify, I HIGHLY recommend giving Easy Bundle Builder a try. The app is great, and the support team makes it even better!
