Shri has been a great customer support representative . He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through several issues, helping me get my store into the best possible shape.

I especially appreciated his honesty when explaining the limitations of Shopify's backend. Instead of just telling me no its not possible, he was explaining to me why it wasn't possible, and suggested alternative solutions that could possibly achieve the same goal.

It's rare to find customer support that is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping customers succeed. Thank you, Shri, for all your help.

They have very excellent customer service and were able to resolve my issue very quickly through their chat support. This is very important when you have a very active Shopify site.
