Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

Incredible customer support, they fixed two features for me (one major one where there was a conflict with another critical app I was using), followed up with me weeks later to check that everything was working, and went above and beyond to make sure the bundle builders even looked their best! Cannot recommend enough, and my customers love it to! Thank you Ankit for all your help :) 6 STARS!

Really poor tech and support service. cant actually add the widget where you want it. It embeds itself into your cart buttons, so if you want customer to proceed with their original choice it hurts conversion, because they have to scroll through all categories first till you get to their own add to cart button. If you are using google ads and are intent customers dont do it. If you dont care about that, maybe add it. but dont rely on their knoweldge because its limited. 6 hours now trying to add a simple bundle.

Shri was a pro, really helpful and fast to respond. Solved an issue really quick

Nitin was incredibly helpful! He responded quickly, understood the issue right away, and solved my problem efficiently. Thank you, Nitin!

The support team for this product is exceptional. Very simple intuitive app. very high quality. super happy and again the team was so helpful in helping me get this right!

I had the pleasure of working with Nitin on building out a custom bundle using the app integration, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive at every step. Nitin made the entire process easy and fast, while making sure all my needs were met. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend working with him and EB in general!!

A really nice bundle app. And their customer/technical support is excellent. We had some trouble with something that wasn't displaying the way I wanted to and they addressed it right away.

very great experience
