I had a list of changes/customisations that I wanted to implement and he was able to complete them on the call and show me the results. When I asked about future support requests, he advised to just send a message to the team and they will assist all queries ASAP. Very impressed with this support service!

The support team has been very helpful with our queries and in ensuring the app performs at its best. From an operational and backend perspective, the setup works very well and offers great customisation.

However, we would benefit from having full design control over the app to ensure its appearance is native to the rest of our website.
