Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

We switched our bundle app over to EB and are loving it so far! The team has been super responsive and supportive. We were able to work through some of our issues with configuring the bundles all the way through some of the visual design elements. Highly recommend this app!

I had been searching for a third-party bundler app to handle a tricky use case, and this one was exactly what I needed. The built-in settings offer plenty of customization, and the ability to apply custom CSS takes it even further. The support team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. If you're looking for a bundler app, this is the one to get—highly recommended!

Their customer service has been excellent for now, very attentive, quick to respond, and always happy to help. The bundle options are easy to use and very user-friendly, making it simple to set everything up. Since using them, we’ve seen great results and generated a lot of revenue. The app overall works smoothly and delivers exactly what we need. Highly recommend.

We are using this app for a few months now for our ''build your own gift box'' option. The full page bundle looks great, is very easy to set up and is very user friendly on the storefront. It guides customers through the steps without confusing them. Many customization options, this was the only app that offered every feature we needed. The team was very helpful and quick to respond from day one. Thank you all!

I found the support for this app to be quite below the usual Shopify standards. I spent more than an hour multiple times just to answer to a "hi" when there was people online apparently.
I tried to troubleshoot an issue I detected with some bundles that never loaded (animation looped forever) that caused several different visitors to go away and all I got was "maybe it is a cache issue".
So I just moved away to a different app. Features were nice, although I had to ask that they enabled a hidden template that was not listed.

We had some bumps at the beginning, and things didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. But the team stuck with it, listened to my feedback, and in the end, delivered exactly what I needed.

They even refunded me for the period when the app wasn’t working as expected — which shows integrity and great customer service.

I really appreciate the way they handled everything, and I’m happy to be using the app now that it’s running as it should.

Brilliant bundle builder, has allowed us to create some complex full-page bundle set ups easily while making inventory handling simple for our fulfilment team. Really helpful and responsive support too.

Easy Bundles has honestly made managing our bundles so much simpler. The setup was straightforward, and everything just worked without any hassle. What’s really stood out for us, though, is their tech support. Every time we’ve reached out, they’ve been quick to respond, super helpful, and you can really tell they care about fixing things fast. It’s been such a relief knowing they’ve got our back whenever we need them. If you’re after a stress-free experience and top-notch customer service, Easy Bundles is definitely the way to go!

The tool is very user friendly, and the team is super helpful to troubleshoot any issues that we have come across. We couldn't get the exact customization we needed by default, but the team was happy to assist to get us exactly what we needed for our store.

We had an incredible experience setting up this app! The bundle builder is beautifully designed, intuitive, and fits seamlessly with our brand’s gifting experience. What truly stood out was the onboarding support—the customer service was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us get started. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it!
