Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

Easy Bundles has honestly made managing our bundles so much simpler. The setup was straightforward, and everything just worked without any hassle. What’s really stood out for us, though, is their tech support. Every time we’ve reached out, they’ve been quick to respond, super helpful, and you can really tell they care about fixing things fast. It’s been such a relief knowing they’ve got our back whenever we need them. If you’re after a stress-free experience and top-notch customer service, Easy Bundles is definitely the way to go!

The tool is very user friendly, and the team is super helpful to troubleshoot any issues that we have come across. We couldn't get the exact customization we needed by default, but the team was happy to assist to get us exactly what we needed for our store.

We had an incredible experience setting up this app! The bundle builder is beautifully designed, intuitive, and fits seamlessly with our brand’s gifting experience. What truly stood out was the onboarding support—the customer service was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us get started. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it!

The Easy Bundle Builder team has been fantastic to work with, always responsive, accommodating, and available whenever we need them. We've also noticed a clear increase in how much customers are adding to their box builder, thanks to how seamless and efficient the experience is.
Great work, keep it up!

Support has been incredible. At first the template didn't fit my goals as we wanted two sections with different styles of discounts.

They were able to revert me to a different template, gave me a custom GPT to help write the custom CSS/JS for my exact branding, even added some product metafield data to the bundle. Excited to launch the builder!

Setting up the app was incredibly straightforward—within an hour, we had our first bundle live and ready to go. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require any coding knowledge, which is a huge plus.

Support has been fantastic too—fast, friendly, and helpful whenever we had questions.

If you’re looking to boost sales and give your customers a smooth, personalized shopping experience, I highly recommend giving Easy Bundle Builder a try!

Buggy – not worth the price

We paid $99/month for several months, and when we actually tried to use the app, it completely failed. The app wouldn’t even let us edit our current workflows — instead, it asked us to sign up again. Their own support admitted it was a bug and just said “won’t happen again.”

This is unacceptable for a paid service. Waste of time and money. Avoid.

Always such a pleasure working with them. Such a great experience getting our bundles set up and WOW are they delivering on our AOV! If you've been thinking about bundles - do it! As always - #1 in customer service. Thanks team

We spent 4 weeks to set up another bundle app but got the information on the go live day that something will not work as we planned. So within about 24h we set up everything on this app and the support was awesome. Even now we're working closely to improve every single process and the design.
So we're super happy to have this app

Exceptional customer service! The Easy Bundle Builder team consistently demonstrates responsiveness, attentively addresses all my needs, provides effective solutions, and supports me throughout the entire process to launch the bundle successfully. They proactively followed up multiple times to ensure flawless operation. Even when I needed support on the weekend, they were reliably available. This is precisely the kind of partner every DTC business requires. I will confidently use other apps they offer, given their outstanding customer service. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the team. Highly recommend!!
