Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

This app has it all! So happy to have found it. You can create all sorts of bundles, including full page ones, which look really good. It has a bit of a learning curve, but I think it's worth it. Customer support is really good too!

We are using this app for a few months now for our ''build your own gift box'' option. The full page bundle looks great, is very easy to set up and is very user friendly on the storefront. It guides customers through the steps without confusing them. Many customization options, this was the only app that offered every feature we needed. I found the support for this app to be quite below the usual Shopify standards. I spent more than an hour multiple times just to answer to a "hi" when there was people online apparently.
I tried to troubleshoot an issue I detected with some bundles that never loaded (animation looped forever) that caused several different visitors to go away and all I got was "maybe it is a cache issue".
So I just moved away to a different app. Features were nice, although I had to ask that they enabled a hidden template that was not listed.

We had some bumps at the beginning, and things didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. But the team stuck with it, listened to my feedback, and in the end, delivered exactly what I needed.

They even refunded me for the period when the app wasn’t working as expected — which shows integrity and great customer service.

I really appreciate the way they handled everything, and I’m happy to be using the app now that it’s running as it should.
