Easy to start creating bundles and great free to start option for newly started stores. Super helpful and patient customer service.

The support is very good.

He's the best customer support agent there is. The very best and helped me for a long period of time despite being busy. I recommend him to everybody. He was even on leave and came onto the Google Meet just to help me on his day off. This shows his dedication and I recommend him to all. Very pleased as a customer!

Amazing support!
I had a few complex requirements for my bundle setup, and the support team helped me step-by-step with incredible patience and clarity. Everything is working perfectly now, exactly the way I needed.
Thank you so much for your fast responses and high-quality assistance truly one of the best support experiences I’ve had.

I highly recommend Easy Bundle Builder! The app is top-tier, handling complex bundling needs like Mix & Match with excellent customization and perfect inventory sync, which is a huge benefit for e-commerce. What truly sets them apart is the world-class human support; the team, including Ajay, is responsive and acts as a dedicated partner to solve the issue and gave new suggestions for betterment of store.

I had an issue with my collections page and they fixed it within 15 minutes. The app works as described and there is plenty of customization for my needs.

It helped me create product bundles quickly without any complicated steps. I like how clean and straightforward the interface is—it definitely made my workflow smoother and boosted our upsells

Highly comprehensive app, and one of the few bundling apps that offered the type of UX flow my client needed to make their unique bundling needs clear to the user. It came so close to meeting all my client's needs and the team really puts in the extra mile. I suspect they'll eventually work out a solution to the one crucial limitation we encountered.

For others' research: The limitation in question is a common one, and I found nearly all bundling Shopify apps had a similar limitation (at this time): When the same product/SKUs are selectable in more than one separate bundle, the discounts affect each other in the cart, resulting in extra discounts the order should not be eligible for. This issue is not a problem for anyone who doesn't have multiple bundles involving the same SKUs. (Creating duplicate products with different SKUs wasn't an option because it would throw off inventory with my client's fulfillment partner.) Hopefully Skai Lama soon works out how to get around this in a future update.

The bundle app is perfect for exactly what we needed! Now we can sell our meals in "packs" / bundles and allow our customers to select which means they want!

Amit in particular has been super responsive and helpful, couldn't recommend more :)
