nitin the best supporter <3 great app

The customer support team was very attentive, responsive, and helpful in resolving any issues!

Fantastic help and very reactive to our support ticket. I was impressed that we could Google meet straight away as this allowed me to keep the business moving. He was able to show us through coding and other store features if we needed them during our build out of bundles.

Fantastic app. Support is always quick and resolves all questions and customisations. Love it and recommend it :)

Salaj J helped me very perfectly fine and really quick, within 10 minutes we were done from design to collection to landing page, collection page, Also he did answer all of my questions and made us really happy. He showed me the bundle on the right area and how i can bundle & save, but also how I can change products. Salaj J thankyou so much!! We will definitely stay on this app!

Shri has been a great customer support representative . He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through several issues, helping me get my store into the best possible shape.

I especially appreciated his honesty when explaining the limitations of Shopify's backend. Instead of just telling me no its not possible, he was explaining to me why it wasn't possible, and suggested alternative solutions that could possibly achieve the same goal.

It's rare to find customer support that is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping customers succeed. Thank you, Shri, for all your help.

We were struggling to get this working on our site and Salaj was more than happy to help! Great service!

Salaj made the adjustment to my store so quickly I thought I was imagining it. Excellent support and I really appreciate your reaching out so quickly!!

Bijoy was very helpful in guiding us through the app and it's capabilities. He was patient and took the time to show different variations of how we could design the bundles until we landed on the best option. Thanks, Bijoy!
