Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

I had already left a review when I was brand new, but I'm updating it, because I want to say that customer service has been PHENOMENAL so far. I've had a few questions over this past couple years of having the app, and they've responded very quickly, including just now with Nitin. The features are great too. In all honesty I do get a little confused on what's where & what's what in each of the bundle steps, but it's not too bad. And I know if I ever have a question, I can just reach out to chat, which is super helpful. Thank you guys! :)

The best bundle building app! I have been using Easy Bundles for years and love the options for customising the builder. I have approx 350 items and it works well without any glitches. If I have any questions custome service always respond very quickly. Love it!

Big fan so far, went with this app because the number of options we want to offer demands the ability to filter products at each step. It's worked cleanly for these first couple weeks, and Sid's been great and very responsive. Has some advanced features and analytics to grow into still, as it is a pretty young app, but otherwise no complaints at all.

Easy Bundles is exactly what we needed for our store. Our product lineup changes ever week and we need our customers to "build their own bundle" for orders. Easy Bundles is simple and effective. It's not overly complicated like other bundle apps out there and let's us customize things to our brand.

Sid and the team did a great job on this and their communication is above and beyond. They are extremely helpful when you need them and always have a solution. We recommend this to anyone looking for a simple bundle builder on their store.

This app has been a game changer for our business operations. From its intuitive interface to its expansive features, it truly caters to our needs.

What sets this app apart from others, however, is their exceptional team and support. Each interaction I've had has been met with quick, knowledgeable responses, ensuring that our questions never go unanswered.

We've even done some customizations to better fit our business model, and throughout the process, the Skai Lama team was always responsive, guiding us every step of the way. Their dedication to ensuring we get the most out of their app is truly commendable.

If you're looking for a top-tier bundle app with an equally impressive team behind it, this company is the way to go.

If we could we would give this app 6 stars. We looked at many bundle platforms and installed and tried to work with several others prior to finding Easy Bundles. We are so impressed with their team. I have never had such prompt and courteous support for an app (or any other product for that matter). We have requested quite a few changes and the way the Easy Bundles team has performed is, frankly, beyond our expectations. We would recommend taking your time to really explore and understand all that this app is capable of. Extremely versatile. Thank you, Sid, Surya, Amit and the rest of the team for making our lives easier with Easy Bundles. We appreciate all that you have done and continue to do to have the absolute best bundle app.

UPDATE on 12262023: Everything we stated in our original review still stands. This team is exceptional to work with and very agile when it comes to changes and fixes. You will pay a little more than you would for the "run of the mill" bundling app but what you will gain in return is 10X.

Great help!

Searched for days for a bundling option that works like this one does. On top of that, the customer service is top-tier! Detailed responses (and fast).

Great experience with Ajay, very helpful and made onboarding easy!
