Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

Shri has been a great customer support representative . He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through several issues, helping me get my store into the best possible shape.

I especially appreciated his honesty when explaining the limitations of Shopify's backend. Instead of just telling me no its not possible, he was explaining to me why it wasn't possible, and suggested alternative solutions that could possibly achieve the same goal.

It's rare to find customer support that is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping customers succeed. Thank you, Shri, for all your help.

I received support from Usman, and the service was exceptional. He took the time to answer all my questions and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. This was my first experience, and I’m extremely satisfied. Thank you again, Usman!

Early days but so far so good, and their support is fantastic, quick to respond and helpful :) (Thanks Simmi)

The session was really helpful and well explained. All my doubts were clearly addressed, and I got a much better understanding of how everything works. Thank you for the clear and detailed explanation!

Great and fast support also on weekend evenings.

This addon does everything we were looking for and more, the customer service and response time is excelent, would highly recommend giving this app a go

Wow. For 6 years I've been looking for an app that does exactly this. No confusion whatsoever. It works amazing. Support went above and beyond for a few tweaks I needed to make. In Less than a few hours all of our bundle stress was eliminated. AMAZING 10/10.

vriendelijk en professioneel contact. reageren en handelen erg snel.

Felt like the help I needed was straight forward, but took 2 agents 2 days, They eventually resolved the issues fully and the app is functioning 100% to my desire on my site.
