Hi team, we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with the app and that your packs are disappearing after an hour. This shouldn’t happen, and we understand how frustrating it must be. Please reach out to our support team so we can investigate the issue and help you resolve it.
Works as expected and super nice.
Speed is really fast and the features are great!
If you need Bundles you should use this app!
We used this app to help us put a number of bundle kits together with our live inventory. It works really well. There was one issue with Shopify and the live inventory not updating and the support from these guys was first class. While we didn't solve the problem perfectly they helped us figure out a work around. Great app.
Thanks for working with us to find a work around! And thank you for taking the time to write this review.
Installed then uninstalled, they charge When you have 50orders, per order, even if a bundle wasn’t purchased
Hi team, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We recently introduced fixed monthly pricing plans to help our merchants maintain clear and predictable costs, which include unlimited orders. We appreciate your input and hope you might consider giving us another try in the future. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
This app is very easy to use, customizable and the support is very helpful (and fast)! I love this bundle app because it allows me to create a bundle based off of my existing products and takes from the individual product inventory! So so helpful.
