I’d like to update my previous review. I really appreciate the team reaching out to me directly and taking the time to look into my specific case. We were able to clarify and resolve some points that weren’t clear at first, and given the particularities of my online store, I really appreciated the detailed attention.

Your store actually had a great growth month in August (orders roughly quadrupled), and our pricing scales with order volume, so the charges tracked that growth rather than being random. The one thing that did go wrong on our end: the tail end of July's usage and August's usage landed in the same billing window, so it looked like one big $400 hit instead of two normal charges spread across two months.
Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we're truly sorry this experience fell short. We'd love the opportunity to make things right — we'd gladly refund the August usage charges to turn this around for you.
