After a lot of testing they have taken the time to help us, respond quickly and find a solution that works well in our shop. I don't think the multi SKU bundle will work well with many themes but we are happy to continue working with them.

This fantastic app bundle offers a wide range of exceptional possibilities that are visually appealing and highly functional. The developers provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing any issues and offering helpful solutions.

This App has helped my store tremendously. My AOV has increased by 30%, and my customers love the option to build their own bundle and save some $$. Service and support have always been there when I needed them. Great App.. don't hesitate.
We are really pleased that Bundle Builder has helped increase your AOV so much, let's hope it keeps on growing! Thank you so much for your kind review :)
We love how flexible this app is because we can build so many different kinds of bundles to provide more purchasing options for our customers. We've also had some very good experiences with their customer support team when we run into challenges.
Thanks for your wonderful feedback! We're so proud of the flexibility our app gives merchants over their purchase options, so we're really pleased you love it as much as we do! If there's anything else you need, feel free to pop us another message and we'll dive straight in. Thanks again, and take care!
The customer service for Bundle Builder is AMAZING. We have contacted them a few times, and they are always happy to help & quick to respond. It truly makes using this app even more worth it! And a special thank you to Adam for being so helpful :)

The app works very well and what is also impressive is that the basics for further customisation have been coded and the accompanying documentation are in place. Wonderful team of patient people who take time to troubleshoot and explain everything.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, and for your lovely words about our team! We're so pleased that you're enjoying the app and are impressed by its customisation functionality & documentation to support. We love your build your own macaron boxes on your site! Please do reach out if you are ever in need of any further support, we'd love to hear from you again!
Overall great app to use on the site & increase on ROI.
Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. I've reached out several times & no one got back to me which was disappointing. I really hope they sort this out as you could lose customers.
Hey there - thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can confirm that we've responded to all of your emails in December, but we've had some issues with our ticketing system, and so it looks like these replies might not have reached you! A member of the team will be reaching out again from their direct email address to try and assist - please keep an eye out for this in the next 5 minutes!
This app was easy to figure out and set up on my own but it was great to know they would walk me through it in a call if I wanted that. Their support response has been fast, helpful and friendly. Our bundles are now our best selling products. Thank you!
Thanks so much for your 5 star review! Glad you found the app easy to setup and that you got all the help you needed from the support team here at Eight - I'll pass on your message. Amazing to hear bundles are now your top selling products - anything you need, just let us know!
Straight forward and easy to set-up. The onboarding process was easy, and minor changes were handled quickly and seamlessly by the developers. The bundle creation isn't immediate as the app creates an unique product for the set-up I chose, but it isn't unreasonable.
Thanks so much for your kind words - we're so pleased you've found our app so straight-forward and seamless! Our support team work really hard to respond to queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we really appreciate you recognising this. Feel free to reach out if there's anything else you need, and thanks again!
So far it has been great! Very easy to get set up with the default look and feel. Compatible with our Cart Drawer and Full Cart Page. My favorite feature is I can have a product marked as unavailable on all sales channels but still use the product in the Bundle Builder.
Thanks so much for leaving us a review! We're so happy that you're enjoying using the app, and you can use it with both your cart options! It sounds like you're already well on the way to becoming a bundle expert, but if you have any questions at all, just reach out to the support team!
