bonjour, J'ai retiré l'application malgré que ce soit trés bien mais des fichiers bloquent le bon fonctionnement de mon site. où puis je contacter le développeur ou le service client s'il vous plait
Hello! Thank you so much for using Bundle Builder! We've responded to your email, but it looks like the files you've highlighted don't belong to us - they belong to another app. Our email has let you know who you need to contact to get this resolved!
After a lot of testing they have taken the time to help us, respond quickly and find a solution that works well in our shop. I don't think the multi SKU bundle will work well with many themes but we are happy to continue working with them.

The app is actually very good to let you offer a "Build a box" product in your store. We've had issues with the developer making updates without telling the customers and breaking things in the process. Support answers tickets within 24 hours, but only once a day... so good luck fixing issues with them. They will try to assign blame to other apps when you reach out to them. If you pressure them enough, they might get a senior developer on the case to actually fix your issue (that they caused in the first place). Great app, still on the fence about the support and reliability. Hopefully, I'll update my review to a 5 stars in the next few months, I really hope so.

I was having issues with how the app was incorporated into our website. Natalie and her team went above and beyond and fixed the entire set up. Now my bundles are integrated with our inventory!

I've been using Kitenzo for about 3 to 4 years now, and I'm really pleased with the functionality of their app. The team is super responsive and always willing to help if any issues come up or if I have questions. They keep things well integrated with Shopify updates, and overall, it's definitely worth checking out. I've tried many different bundle apps, and for the price and functionality, Kitenzo stands out as one of the best!

In terms of functionality, this app is perfect - it gets the job done without issue. In terms of aesthetics, the team did everything they could to help me with guidance and even building custom code to suit my personal needs and desires. A very good app and an incredible experience. We found this app very useful at first, but as of late our customers have been unable to add any bundles to their cart. Support hasn't been especially helpful, especially since they answer once a day, and even if you give them a detailed description of the problem, they don't seem to have a huge interest in resolving it unfortunately, the best we got was 'well it works on my end'.
We used them for probably a year or so with no problems, but due to bugs we will be heading elsewhere.

On a broad scale, our support team is available Monday to Friday 9-5 GMT. We understand this doesn't suit everyone who uses the app, but we are based out of the UK. I can see the last ticket with us was around two months ago. We are going to investigate this and reach out to you with possible ways to resolve the issues you are having. Great app. We had an issues with gift messages not showing in our shipping solution (Royal Mail) and support were great. Quick response and detailed instructions for using Shopify Flow to get it working how we wanted it

App does the job. It's the only app that I found that could pull off what I we needed. The support team is excellent as well, and has helped us through some minor problems. Even though we've had a few hiccups I still continue to use this app because I know support is ready to jump in and help no questions asked; great team!

I had tried a few bundle apps on Shopify and unfortunately they did not meet my requirements, but after finding Bundle Builder, Kitenzo it worked perfectly for the customer journey and aesthetic I was looking to achieve. If I had questions Natalie, was so helpful and helped with getting the CSS code I needed for customisations and as a novice I was able to pick it up easily building out my bundles.
