fantastic customer service! I spoke to Dale R and Adam O on seperate occasions today (01.02.2022) and they both fully answered and resolved my issues regarding text sizes within the app for desktop and mobile.
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! I'm so glad to hear Adam and Dale were able to assist, and I'll make sure to pass your feedback on to them! If you need anything else, just reach out, and we'll be happy to help again!
I used this app a year ago... not so good. I just tried it again and it is perfect! Was able to customize everything to my liking on my store and had my bundle builder set up in just a couple of hours. Great App

Great App. Saves us a TON of time as opposed to having to put bundles together manually, plus... give customers more options when selecting the bundles they want to purchase. They even have responsive tech support!

Love this app. Allows for more variety and options in our store. Bundles are now our highest selling product. Their support is very responsive and quick to come back. Onboarding call for set up included. Delighted! 5 stars

Easy and intuitive to set up, elegantly integrates with your store theme, fantastic customer support--a winner for sure. Been using these guys for about a year now and they've done wonders to optimize our bundles on our storefront.
A great app, does need a bit of tweaking to get it to work exactly how we want it because of how we're structured. That's where the customer service team has been a great help with prompt and detailed replies. Thanks for all your help!
Thank you for your kind review. We're very happy to hear that you have managed to adapt the app to suit your store's particular needs. Our support team will be very pleased with your feedback. Happy bundling!
The app is working great so far, I got sales immediately. Customer service is also excellent and they value your feedback. I would recommend taking advantage of the free consultation call, you get to speak to a real person live on video.
Thank you for your review, that's incredible that you noticed an immediate uptick in sales with Bundle Builder! The baby headwear bundles look great on your store, and we're so glad you've been impressed with our customer service & the 1-to-1 call with our Onboarding Specialist - that's what we're here for! Just reach out to the team if you need any further assistance.
