Great app, did have a few issues with currency but they were super at getting it fixed ASAP. Best bundle builder app on the market if you offer discounts and have lots of products! Thanks guys!
Hey, thanks so much for raising the issues you had with currencies on your store. As you mentioned, we jumped on it right away, and i'm so happy we could get a fix out so quickly. We really appreciate the recommendation. Thanks again and best of luck with product bundling!
Super useful app, adds a lot of value to the user experience! The support team is great and was able to help me as much as possible to make the app look seamless with the site. Highly recommend!
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review - it was a pleasure assisting you with your bundle page, and it looks absolutely fantastic! Feel free to drop us another message if there's anything else you need - we're only a click away. Thanks again, and take care!
Bundle Builder syncs really well with our accounting system, Netsuite. It is straightforward and gets what you want! They resolved a pressing issue and fixed straight away. Thank you Dale & Jess!
Hey La La Land team, thanks so much for leaving us a 5* review! That's awesome to hear Bundle Builder works really well alongside your store's accounting system, and that you've found the app to be super straightforward. We will pass on the great feedback to Dale & Jess - just give us another shout if you have any more questions!
This app helped me & my customers create the bundles needed, all while taking care of the admin stuff like updating the inventory, the discounts and more! Plus the help is super rapid and accurate.
We're so pleased that Bundle Builder helps both you and your customers, thank you for the kind review! Happy bundling!
It works very well.
Although it may not be the custom solution we needed, as a third-party app, it allows a fair bit of customisations and their customer service, not the fastest but very effective!
Thank you so much for leaving us a review, we're super glad that Bundle Builder is working so well on the Verve Fitness store - the 'build your own home gym package' is so creative! Just pop us another message if you need any more help - we are a small team, but are always here on hand to help our merchants in any way we can!
bonjour, J'ai retiré l'application malgré que ce soit trés bien mais des fichiers bloquent le bon fonctionnement de mon site. où puis je contacter le développeur ou le service client s'il vous plait
Hello! Thank you so much for using Bundle Builder! We've responded to your email, but it looks like the files you've highlighted don't belong to us - they belong to another app. Our email has let you know who you need to contact to get this resolved!
We've tried over and over again to use this app but it is very glitchy and does not work properly! We've lost a lot of sales using this app and support cannot fix the glitches either. Do not recommend.
Sorry to hear you ran into problems using our app. I can see you had issues integrating our app into your theme, but have since uninstalled. We can 100% jump in and sort out any issues you may be experiencing, so if you re-install, just pop us an email and we'll take a look right away.
Great app, perfect for what we needed.
Had a few teething issues trying to get it to implement with our theme but the support team were really helpful and fixed all the issues we found. Would recommend.
Hello Baa Baby - Thanks for the review and for using Bundle Builder! We are always happy to help, and will be on hand if you need any further support. Best of luck with the bundles :)
I love the app. I tried to find something good, where I can sell bundles to our customers. And Bundle App is awesome. I like the dashboard and customer support + 28 days trial, which is awesome.
Thanks
