Works good, sometimes when you want to allow your customers to use multiple discount codes, only BUNDLE is shown. So you don't know if it was a mistake or which other discount code has been used. 5* if this issue will be fixed one day.

I use the app mainly to offer buy x discounts (buy 10 and get 10%)and it works very well! The support is very responsive and solves any inconvenience fast.

Terrible and rude support. We have another app that we've had installed for years that recently updated, and Bundle Bear no longer works correctly. Support team from the other app knows that it can be compatible but Bundle Bear support is unwilling to listen and we were pushed away and told to just delete the other app. They also refused to talk with the other app's support team through phone/video as they only will communicate through email. Will be deleting this app very soon which is a shame because we've used this for years as well.

Worst customer service I've ever seen from an app with such a high rating. Itai from customer service reads your messages and ignores you when they are clearly online.

Be aware: everything was working fine for a few months until the discount stopped working on its own. We didn't change anything or even install new apps. I contacted support to fix it and got no help. It's been over a week without a solution or even a reply. They change settings on the app without telling or consulting with you, despite being told not to do so.

Love this app! We have used Bundle Bear for quite a while and it has added a lot of revenue to our shop. Customer service is stellar--fast and always so helpful. Highly recommend!

A game-changer for our site! Since adding the app our sales have increased drastically, and the support are beyond fantastic, literally any time I ask them to take a look (we changed our themes over) it was completed within the hour! Incredible!
