I've been testing bundle apps, and this one was undoubtedly the best!
Not only are the bundles comprehensive and highly customizable, but the app is also easy to set up and free to use, backed by a very active support team that understands and resolves any issues.
Chris and Marius helped me fix a minor glitch involving the hiding of my theme's native variant selector, which was conflicting with the link between the variant choice and the main product image.

Our store runs on a heavily customised theme with its own add-to-cart logic for personalised products. So when we set up a Bundlex cross-sell, the widget showed the discounted price but the add-ons never reached the cart.

They dug into how our custom script worked, tested a fix on our live product page in their own browser without touching our store, and sent us two small, precise code edits. Their fix kept our personalisation logic fully intact, and the ticked add-ons now land in the cart with the right discount applied.

Clear explanations, a minimal change, a safe rollback path, and they respected that we wanted to make the edit ourselves. That's rare. Highly recommend Bundlex, especially if your theme isn't standard.

First, the support is amazing. I had some initial issues setting up because I didn’t fully understand how to link the Bundlex bundle to the product (totally on me!), but the developer responded and got me sorted within minutes.

Once you get the hang of how bundle apps work, the interface and features are extremely intuitive and easy to use. I would definitely recommend BundleX to anyone looking to increase their average order value and create a friction-free shopping experience for their customers!

The support is outstanding. Marius explained how to make the offer optional so customers can choose it or not, and when I found that add-on links opened the English page on my Thai storefront, he fixed it for my store within about 30 minutes.
