The app does not work when selecting the option to redirect in the same tab. I get an error message that myshopify.com refused the connection. The same error was verified by tech support but they did not have an answer. Yes -- I cleared cache, cookies, history, everything.
Hi, there. Thank you for your review. When testing this feature on my end, I double checked that the code disables the pop up selection and chooses to re-direct within the tab. This code is to be inserted on your external site where it functions as expected. If you are continuing to experience errors, please try on a different device and network to rule out other localized issues. -Olivia, Shopify Support
This doesn't even work anymore. Add code for buy button and when yoi view the blog it changed the html. Shopify AI says we are not suppose to use this anymore
This is a wonderful app, and with the help from the Support Team i was able to edit it the code for my requirement wherein i wanted the buttons to redirect to my website product pages.
Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the Buy Button Channel. You can certainly create a buy button that's directed to a specific product or details. It will however, require coding changes to be made. To complete this, you can check out this Guide: https://shopify.link/0R4K. If you have any questions or are experiencing any troubles, please feel free to connect with our Live Support: https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA. - Blair, Shopify Support
Works ok but will not work with any bundle created with Shopify's own bundle app, which is very odd and limiting.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We absolutely appreciate your feedback and have logged it with our developers for future consideration. We sincerely take all efforts to improve our services and thank you for your comments. -Olivia, Shopify Support
Buy Buttons are great for business, but slow to process payments.
Square Payments pays in 24 hours.
Thank you for providing your feedback, and I can sympathize why for merchants it's preferable to receive payouts from their orders as soon as possible. I will be sure to pass your request onto our development team for their consideration. -Victor, Shopify Support
Thank you Shopify, Great app! I used this app and really helps to make more sales, I recommend it.
This app is SO easy to use and works perfectly with my affiliate program. I love it! Thank you so much.
App helps makes it easy for customers to 'buy' anywhere on the website. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
if you install the buy button, where people can add more products to the same purchase, like merge carts!
Thank you for writing your review and providing us with your feedback. The Buy Button currently works in a way that allows for customers to make a single purchase, although I can see why the option of merging carts would be attractive. I will be sure to submit your suggestion to our development team for them to consider. -Victor, Shopify Support
