Great customer support! The app works like a charm. Keep up the great work!
No free trial offer, no refund, complicated UXUI, expensive and not user friendly. Definitely not worth for pay wouldn't recommend it!
Hi there,
Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with Buzzbassador - on behalf of my team, I apologize that we couldn't make your experience better! I just sent you an email as I'd like to learn a little bit more about why you felt this way.
I see that you complained about the app having complicated UX/UI and not being user-friendly, so I looked back through our support emails and support chats and I didn't see any record of you reaching out to ask for help - was there something in particular that was confusing for you? Someone from our team would be happy to hop on a call with you and help walk you through whatever you were having trouble with. We pride ourselves on good customer support!
I also see that you were disappointed that we did not offer a free trial or a refund; However, I don't see where you reached out to request a refund. If you have any record of that conversation, we would be happy to look into it!
Please let us know how we can make this up to you! Our team prides itself on being very intentional with our customers and building supportive relationships with them. We would never hesitate to help if you had any questions-- we even hop on calls with our customers often to chat with them directly, and would be happy to do that with you as well.
Hope to hear back from you soon via email. Have a great day!
This is the BEST customer service I've ever experienced with an app... Shelby and Calvin on the support team have answered all of my questions kindly and quickly (and I mean QUICK, they always respond within that same minute which is simply unheard of).
This is the best app I've used on Shopify and the customer service is fantastic too. Everything you need!
I just began using the app and I already love it! Ive used other several other apps and this is my favorite by far. It’s very well organized and does majority all of the work for you after setting it up, which is easy. Great customer service. I’m very satisfied and excited to use it more.
Had a great experience with the Buzzbassador team during the setup process. My team is really enjoying the simplicity and function of the application. We are in the process of loading our ambassadors now and will be excited to update the review as we proceeed. To date, the Buzzbassador team has been quick to respond and very helpful with our questions.
Great idea. Make sure you are 100% sure you want to download the app because you won't be able to test it out. I downloaded the app and deleted after 20 minutes after quickly figuring out it didn't have the ability to customize as much as I needed it to. I thought id let any future store owners know this before they go and take a risk! overall a great app with a great support staff.
The team is absolutely incredible and work way beyond expectations. They have walked me through every step to get our program up and running, always quick to reply and have better ideas than I could have come up with. I am super excited to watch our business grow with BUZZbassador!
I've used this app to get my brand going for ambassadors. I only gave it 4 stars because it's more of a do it yourself program to get your ambassador thing off the ground at this point. But they are always looking at ways to improve and add to their services. Plus the thing that I love is really their customer service. If I ever get stuck or have questions, their team is quick to talk with me and help me through stuff. If you're looking at getting into brand ambassadors, buzzbassador is a great platform to get you started!
Derek + team, thank you for the awesome feedback. We have loved working with Choose RCVRY and having you guys on the platform. I know you're going to love all the new features we are launching soon and I can't wait for you to see how they'll help your brand ambassador program grow! - Calvin
Loveeee Lovee!! I can't wait launch the Powered By Melanin Brand Ambassador program. The orientation was straight to the point and helpful. The platform is really user friendly and will eliminate
