Nik and his team did a great job supporting our new website launch with Calcurates. We have some difficult shipping requirements and Calcurates was able to quickly and easily solve all our shipping issues! I would recommend to anyone looking to accurately streamline their shipping.
Many thanks for your positive feedback! We are very happy that Calcurates helped to solve your shipping calculations :)
Needing a better solution for our shipping accuracy and rate calculations we were directed to Calcurates and I can't say enough about how great this product is and how supportive the team has been to work with us through the setup and some customization. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve on the basic functionality of the Shopify shipping limitations.
Thanks for your positive review! :) It's great to hear Calcurates solved your packaging scenarios which resulted in accurate shipping calculations for your store.
We have been using Calcurates for about a month now and have been extremely pleased with the app for our shipping. We have had issues in the past with our shipping because we have multiple variations (primarily frozen and not, as well as odd package sizes). Nik at Calurates was patient and knowledgable in working out are configurations. We had been through at least four different shipping programs prior to this and were very happy to find someone who could work through the issues. This app is well worth exploring . You will be happy you looked into it!
Many thanks for your positive and kind review! We were happy to solve your challenges related to packaging for real-time shipping rates accuracy.
Calcurates is our preferred shipping rate calculator for both Shopify and Magento 2. We've tried all the different solutions for charging duties and taxes at checkout, and Calcurates is the winner by far. They even help us calculate the shipping costs of packages coming from multiple warehouses, using multiple carriers, all in one order. Their pricing is a lot better than their competitors as well.
Huge thanks for those positive words about our solution! It's great to know you were able to solve your challenges related to international shipping, packaging and multi-origin rates with Calcurates.
Calcurates has been fantastic for us! International shipping before was problematic, and costly. Now with us using calcurates our customers pay the true shipping cost, taking away the worry of over charging customers or undercharging customers.
Fantastic customer service, they're so helpful and kind to work with. Would highly recommend!
Thank you, we appreciate your positive and kind review! It's so great to hear that Calcurates met your requirements and solves international shipping calculations for your store.
Highly recommended app for integration with our Shopify store to help with shipping rates displaying correctly from our couriers.
The support cannot be faulted with any query that we had and was always answered in a timely manner.
Thank you so much for reviewing us and your kind words about our support! :)
Excellent app! We've been using it for nearly 3 years now and are really pleased with it. We were using a similar app, but were unhappy with the support they provided, so removed it and defaulted to Shopify's shipping. However, our model is fairly complex with discounts according to weight and price and we had feedback that customers were experiencing very slow checkouts. Which we assume is why we had a steep increase in abandoned carts. Since we installed Calcurates the speed is excellent and we've had zero complaints.
On top of this the support has been second to none. Calcurates were extraordinarily responsive and helpful (and patient!).
Highly recommend - and if you need a hand with setting up your rates I also highly recommend reaching out to the Calcurates team for help.
Thank you so much for such a detailed and positive feedback! We are very happy our app has increased checkout speed and helped you solve complicated shipping rules and scenarios. Our support team reads this review and smiles with joy ;)

The app is pretty robust in handling complex shipping rules and Nik from the Calcurates team was super helpful and patient in helping set it up for us, in addition to explaining how it works so we don't have any issues in the future, would highly recommend them.
