Does exactly what you need, no features missing, and no excessive flair or confusion in the interface. Exactly what you'd hope for in an app like this. Same goes for all of Yagi Software's apps - excellent and reliable. Axel, the dev, is also incredibly responsive and supportive - adding an entire feature for me within hours of an email!
We've been using Yagi Order Cancellable for several years, and it's been reliable from day one. It does exactly what we need, and we've never had any issues with it.
The customer support is excellent. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
Highly recommend this app.
Very quick and professional dev team, and the app itself is very easy to use. I have no more requests to cancel customers orders anymore, they just do it themselves and that makes us all happy!
