Used the app for a few years. Very good app and does what its supposed to do very well and excellent support. Conversion has not been great which is why I am no longer using the app. I went for another upsell in cart method instead which is probably better suited for my business. Thanks

In reviewing your setup, we noticed you were only using one of the available upsell placements, which unfortunately meant you weren't leveraging the app's full potential. Since you’ve moved to an "in-cart" method, our new Candy Rack slide cart would actually be a perfect fit and might provide the results you were looking for. Thank you for using our app, and I'm really sorry about your experience. We use Cloudflare to deliver a fast experience for merchants and customers around the world, and unfortunately they had a brief outage in the Manila region on the day you left the review.
We've since improved our CDN settings to reduce the impact if anything similar happens again.

A good option if you want to consolidate on-page, cart, and post-purchase upsells into one app as I did. The Candy Rack team was super helpful with a demo call and with support after installation. They responded over chat to help me get everything working properly including updates to formatting and fixing a bug btwn the app and my theme.

Another plus is their price structure, as they charge per amount of orders, which makes it a competitive solution compared to others at the market.

This app does exactly what we wanted. It allows a little offer after a product is added to cart, which has allowed us to get a little bump on AOV, it's also been useful for post purchase upsell, although we're still figuring out the best offers for our customers. Customer support are awesome and Lucia was MEGA helpful and you can tell they really want us to succeed as a business.
