Running this on two of my Shopify stores and couldn’t be happier. It integrates easily, is simple to manage, and the support team is super responsive. Love that the customizable options build the cart organically without turning off shoppers. If you’re looking to scale revenue and lift your AOV, definitely grab this app.
App stra consigliata.
We have been using Candy Rack for at least 2 years now and it has been seamless. Recently we introduced a new offer on the product page and the support has been immense with quick turnover. Highly recommend this app for upsells and cross-sells!
Does not function at all as promised. Told you can use for free with development stores, but that's not actually the case. They offer a free trial for 8 days if you complain, but again, not the 30 day free trial as advertised.
Yes it is okay if you want to waste the first payment, as it would be great after that. But, unfortunately it is an AI driven app with zero human interactions.
Hi there,
Thank you for testing our app, and I am honestly sorry about your experience. We definitely don't want you to pay anything if your store isn't live yet. I have sent you an email and offered a free subscription. Hope it works for you.

Works great! Excellent support whenever you run into any issues.
CandyRack is a fantastic app and the support team are really helpful. Febby in particular helped with some custom coding to get the app working exactly how we need. Highly recommended!
great service by Marcela, very fast
Both Richie and Lina have been extremely helpful for me.
They are taking the time it takes to sort some customization that I requested.
Cannot say anymore than that they are perfect !
I highly recommand the app & their services.
Candy Rack integrates seamlessly with our webshop design and is easy to set up. It offers a variety of placements, from the product page to post-purchase.
Great support team (thanks Richie!) -- im excited to try this app out. it's the only one that explicitly pulls from the complementary list!
