Carebox has been an absolute lifesaver for our Shopify store. It gives our customers peace of meind knowing their packages are protected, and it has significantly reduced the time we spend handling shipping disputes. The integration was seamless, and the interface is very user-friendly. Highly recommend it to any merchant looking to professionalize their post-purchase experience!
It significantly reduces unexpected expenses from lost or damaged packages while streamlining our logistics.
Great! This is new service for buyers, probably avoid package loss.
Some customers have given us feedback that thefts have occurred frequently recently in the vicinity of their homes, and they would feel more at ease with the insurance.
Good for someone who is worried about the delivery problems. It really pays to you when your parcel loses.
it helps me a lot, decrease extra costs for package loss and damage.
