Excellent app & outstanding support

We’ve been using Yuko Cart Upsell for our cart drawer, free gift rewards, and progress bar promotions, and the experience has been fantastic. The app offers everything we needed to boost AOV free gifts, discount codes, upsells, and a highly customizable cart drawer.

What really stood out was the support. We had a tricky issue with our free gift reward and discount code not working together with GoKwik Magic Checkout. Akash, the developer, worked closely with us and GoKwik’s team to understand and resolve the issue. Manav also kept following up with the GoKwik team to get regular updates and make sure the issue was moving forward.

Really impressive hands-on support from the Yuko team. Highly recommended for Shopify stores!

I really appreciate the customer support from this app. The app itself is already great, but I needed a few additional features and customizations based on my requirements. Honestly, I was hesitant to ask if they would be able to do it, but the customer support has been much better than I expected.
