Great experience so far. Sam proactively reached out after I installed the app to see if I needed any help. I asked about moving the “Notify Me” button inline on my product page, and he made the change almost immediately. Excellent customer support and a solid free plan for getting started.

Good for setting up restock alerts. Easy to pull reports and filter spreadsheet yourself once you know how to access.

Very easy app with lots of options. I lost so many sales before I used Back in Stock notifications, Now I know who opted in and what they will wait for, which helps when I have reorder without spending too much $ guessing. Excellent customer service, fast and very helpful. Really like this app.

This app has been so great for us to be able to capture our audience when items are sold out. And have instant sales when we are back in stock. Very easy to install and the support team is super helpful if you have any questions.

Brilliant App, worked right away, allows smart customizations such as button relocation, and treats products with continue selling when out of stock active, but stock = 0, as "sold out" which many of the competing apps do not, Great support from Sam as well

After getting completely fed up with the lack of support from other major apps, finding Back in Stock / Kbite has been a breath of fresh air.
As a brand designer, I really appreciate simple and to the point UX, but the customer service here is what truly shines.
Sam (the founder/developer) reached out instantly during the setup to help me configure the widget.
It is incredibly refreshing to have a real human, let alone the creator himself helping you out on the other end.
So far the experience have been very good and will be using it for future projects.
