**App Feedback and Key Issues**
1. **High Pricing:** The app is significantly more expensive compared to other competing apps in the market.
2. **Limited Customization:** Customization options are not available directly through the app. Instead, you have to contact customer support to request specific rules or restrictions, even though you have already paid for the service.
3. **Incorrect Marketing Message Pricing:** The app advertises the cost of marketing messages as **0.01**, but the actual cost is significantly higher, at approximately **0.07**. This discrepancy is misleading and should be clarified.
4. **Order Tags Restrictions:** Automatically adding tags to orders after performing certain actions is not supported, which limits workflow automation.
5. **Automatic Delivery Notifications:** Automatically sending delivery notifications is not supported, making it difficult to automate the customer communication process.
Overall, the app is expensive compared to alternatives, offers limited customization, and lacks essential automation features. The pricing transparency and available functionality should be improved to provide better value for money.

Cartsaver is built to be self-optimized. Our goal is that you install it and it works for you automatically, without building rules and workflows by hand. It confirms CoD orders, recovers abandoned carts and sends order updates on WhatsApp, and it keeps improving its results based on your store's activity. That's why some settings aren't exposed as manual options. For anything specific to your store, our team configures it for you at no extra cost, so it's set up correctly from day one.
On your other points:
Pricing: There's a free plan, and paid plans start at $9.99/month. Cartsaver runs on the Official WhatsApp Business API, so messages come from your own verified number with Meta's deliverability and no risk of the number being banned.
Marketing message pricing: The $0.01 shown on our pricing page is Cartsaver's fee per campaign message, and it's the only part you pay us. Each WhatsApp marketing message also carries Meta's own fee, which you pay directly to Meta on a pay-as-you-go basis, not to Cartsaver. To be clear, Meta doesn't offer marketing messages to Egypt at $0.01. Its rate there is several times higher, which is why the total per message comes to roughly the ~$0.07 you saw. We understand this wasn't clear enough, and we're updating our pricing page to show both fees.
Order tags: Cartsaver already tagging orders plus it works with Shopify Flow, so orders can be tagged automatically based on Cartsaver actions and your custmization. Our team will gladly set this up with you.
Delivery notifications: Cartsaver sends real-time order and shipment updates to your customers on WhatsApp and SMS automatically. Once an order is shipped, your customers receive its status and tracking link with no manual work, and stores using Bosta get updates straight from the shipment. If these didn't trigger during your first few hours, it's most likely because no orders had been shipped yet or a shipping setting was still pending. We'll gladly check it with you.
