무료 앱이라 설치/운영하는 과정에서 생기는 문제점을 쉽게 해결할 수 있을까 하는 의구심이 있었습니다. 하지만 며칠 전에 설치하고 오늘 세팅을 시작하면서 도움이 필요한 일이 생겼습니다.

제가 도움을 신청한 즉시 친절한 도움을 바로 받을 수 있었습니다. 저희는 30-40개 국의 다국어 쇼핑몰을 만드는 과정에 있습니다. 일단 3개 국가에 대한 언어로 시작을 하는데 테스트 결과 '카사 로얄티 앱'는 3개 국가 언어 페이지로 잘 전환되는 것을 확인했습니다. 추정하건데 30여 개 국가 언어로도 잘 전환될 것 같습니다.

그리고 제가 한국어로 도움을 청했음에도 불구하고 한국어로 도움을 받을 수 있었기에 대단히 고마웠습니다.

Just as I finished setting up the Casa app, Vinay reached out to ask how everything went and whether I needed any help. He even asked about one step I had completely forgotten about — and honestly, it was the step I was dreading! He offered to take care of it for me, and I’m incredibly thankful he did.

I’m so excited to start using this rewards program, especially with everything it offers for FREE! It took me about 10 hours to customize and set everything up exactly how I wanted it, but surprisingly, this has been my favorite app to set up and use so far. What a great app to use alongside my store, works well with some great customisation available. I don't use all options currently but there is a chance that I may and at the same time there are options for many different businesses. Online chat/customer service is great, straight to the point with their answers and knowledge of their systems. As with any add on make sure you custom to your store requirements.

This issue took patience and several rounds of checking, but the Casa team stayed with it and got my loyalty program resolved. They verified the VIP multipliers, removed an unintended future gift-card benefit without affecting existing customer balances, history, tiers, or issued rewards, and provided the written confirmation I needed. I appreciate Vinay, Sam, Hamza, and the developer team for their hard work and follow-through.

Really smooth experience setting up my program, with a pleasantly quick and efficient turnaround time the one time I needed to reach out to chat support. I was sure to provide clear details in my first message; within minutes they were able to jump right into addressing my queries, point by point. That was at midnight on a Saturday.

I'm pretty pleased with how my Loyalty program has come together. I got way more out of it than I originally intended. It was my first time setting one up and I was able to pull it off with some minor assistance from Sam. Thanks again mate.

We've been using Casa Loyalty on our Shopify store for a while now. Along the way we ran into a few issues — POS points sync, some tweaks to the invoice-related email templates — and the Casa team responded quickly every time. Sam, Ateeb and Waqas in particular actually followed through and tested things properly before getting back to us, rather than giving us a brush-off answer. The POS points sync issue got fully resolved. Overall, it's a team that genuinely puts in the effort to solve real problems for merchants — would recommend to other Shopify stores running POS in physical locations.

This app is extremely user-friendly and offers a comprehensive range of features. The customer support and development teams have also been incredibly proactive and helpful whenever I’ve encountered any issues with the app. They even arranged video meetings according to my time zone so they could better understand and address my concerns. I truly appreciate all of their help and support!

The app is pretty great; it does all the basic stuff and more. When asked to provide additional features, it gets added on as well. The replies from the devs are timely and consistent too. Would recommend this app to those who're looking to implement a loyalty program for their brand!

I really love this app! It offers everything and more that I didn't even know I needed and is really customizable which is a huge plus. It is very user-friendly but did need some help and support was fantastic. Vinay was the one who helped and went above and beyond and helped me with all my questions. I highly recommend Casa Loyalty & Rewards.
