Cash Payout: Lottery & Removal

Pay out lottery wins, bottle deposits, vendors and tips from the cash drawer, each with a reason.

Cash Payout records cash paid out of or added to the drawer outside a sale: lottery and scratch-off wins, bottle and can deposit refunds, vendor payments, tips, payroll, owner draws, safe drops, supplies, float and change. On POS: enter an amount or scan a reason barcode, tap Remove cash or Add cash. It goes to the open cash session with its reason code, receipt optional. No orders created. Reports by date and reason show cash in, cash out and net. Needs POS Pro, an open session and internet.

• Save payout reasons like Lottery payout or Bottle refund with preset amounts
• Scan a barcode with the camera or a scanner to pick a reason and its amount
• Print a receipt for each paid out, safe drop or cash added to the drawer
• See cash in, cash out and net by date and reason for end-of-day checks
