Hello, tunnellsCo,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback:
“This has got to be the most frustratingly bad print on demand design tool. Can’t save designs, won’t stay connected to your store, overall stay the **** away from this if you want to keep your sanity.”
I’m very sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced. We understand how critical it is for your designs to save reliably and for the tool to maintain a stable connection to your store.
What we’ve done:
Upgraded our European server nodes to provide greater bandwidth, ensuring the designer loads smoothly.
Optimized the latest app version to simplify installation and improve store-connection stability.
If you encounter any further issues, feel free to reach out at info@catkissfish.com, or chat with us via our online support portal. We’re here to help you get back to designing without frustration.
Thank you again for your patience and for helping us improve.
Best regards,
David
