Paid for a Month, Lost Access Immediately After Canceling Renewal
I’m very disappointed with how this subscription was handled.
I purchased a one-month paid subscription and later downgraded/canceled specifically to prevent it from renewing for another month. I had already paid for the current billing period, so I expected to keep access to the paid features until that period ended.
Instead, my paid subscription benefits were removed immediately after canceling the renewal.
I contacted the app developer, and they told me to contact Shopify Support. Shopify then directed me back to the app developer, leaving me stuck between the two without access to a period I had already paid for.
If canceling a renewal also means immediately losing access to the remaining paid period, this should be made extremely clear before customers cancel.
I would strongly recommend clarifying the subscription terms and providing either continued access through the paid period or a refund for the unused time.
I paid for the Pro plan expecting professional results. Instead I got a basic exporter with constant sync errors

Had difficulty adding pages without adding product variants and the team helped fix the bug and make the app work better for my needs. They are attentive and responsive and willing to help and improve the operations of the app.
This app works if you wish to create small catalogues but if you have lot's of products like over 100 products, it's a nightmare !! I have been trying to finish a catalogue and I give up, it doesn't work :-(
This catalog app is fantastic. It has something that really stands out.
The printed PDF comes with QR code for each product, allowing customers to scan and purchase directly.
Plus it comes with many attractive templates with many options to customize product's details and apply them across the board.
I highly recommend to this to whoever needs to have their catalog in printed form.
After a difficult start, I was pleasantly surprised to be called in by the development team.
I hope things stay as they are now, which is great and worth the price. The application still suffers from minor bugs like (cosmetic changes not being saved correctly) but overall it's great and the support team is responsive which is a major plus.

Cant find support, i install the trial and they charged me on the first hour the full price of the higest plan. Even the archived products appear in the catalog, there are few or none personalization options.

To Hard to make the Catalogues. And support team is also slow. I can't get any response on time.
It feels like the app was built by someone who truly understands what it’s like to manage a store day-to-day. All the little details are thought through it just works the way you wish Shopify worked by default.
