Fantastic app, best checkout upsell/customization app. They're also super responsive in customer service and helpful. Thanks team.

They really need to fix the bugs in this app. I love the options but the app just won't work after wasting the time to get it all set up.

Our checkout block app is specifically designed to work with Shopify Plus only, which is likely why it isn't functioning with your current Basic Shopify plan.
Currently, shopify doesn't allow Basic, advance plan user to use checkout customization app.
Due to this limitations by shopify, checkout app only works with shopify plus only.
We appreciate your understanding and would greatly appreciate it if you could consider removing your review.
