Excellent support for a tricky Amazon India MCF integration issue!
We're a 10-year Amazon India brand trying to scale our Shopify store using Ced MCF Integration app, and ran into a persistent syncing issue where orders marked "Paid" on Shopify were getting rejected by Amazon's MCF fulfillment API instead of syncing over.
What impressed me was the team's persistence. The root cause turned out to be an undocumented payment information parameter that Amazon's India marketplace API requires but doesn't mention in their official docs — and Amazon validates these fields one at a time, so each fix surfaced a new error.
Raju and the technical team worked through this methodically over several days, kept me updated at every step, and even requested store access to test directly and speed up resolution rather than making me retry repeatedly.
Once resolved, they verified the fix end-to-end across multiple test orders before confirming it was fully working. Great communication throughout, and genuinely responsive support — exactly what you want when integrating something as finicky as Amazon's MCF for the India marketplace.
Recommended for anyone running Shopify + Amazon India who wants to use MCF for fulfillment. CedCommerce's support is absolutely top notch!
The CED Commerce MCF Integration app has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The app made it incredibly easy to integrate with Amazon's MCF, saving me time and ensuring that my orders are fulfilled efficiently. The interface is user-friendly and straightforward, and I love the real-time syncing of orders and inventory.
The best part is the customer support team! They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any issues or questions. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to streamline their Shopify-Amazon fulfillment process!
Sarthak Gupta have gave me excellent service and this was Sunday night. The App is quite simply and straight forward to install and use, and any questions were answered promptly though the live chat.
