CedCommerce TikTok Shop

A great app backed up by great people. Bhavya has been very helpful and is always available when we need help. If you have a large catalogue and run a TikTok shop, this app is a smart choice.

We moved from Silk Connector a couple of months ago and haven’t had any issues. The team supported us with the onboarding, setup, and catalogue migration to ensure everything went smoothly.

The ability to be able to create custom bundles and variations in the platform is a great feature.

We were working toward a tight launch deadline and needed a fast, hassle-free solution. Aditi and the CedCommerce team provided excellent support throughout the integration, enabling us to get our products live within just a few days. It was a pleasure working with them, and I look forward to continuing to use their services.

This connector works really great and helps us ship TikTok Shop orders fast and easy. Also the support team is always ready to help.

I've been using the app for TikTok Shop since the very beginning. Aditi and the team are really great and help with anything you need. I highly recommend this app.

Bien pero se nota la barrera del idioma para entenderse.

Bhavya was very helpful in helping syncing products to tik tok.

I've had a great experience with the team, they have been super helpful in find me the right slot to work together on onboarding my store's products. They've been friendly, kind and professional. Also patient with me during the process I'm so grateful.

Great support for product upload through to TikTok Shop! Makes this otherwise tricky process much more straightforward. Thank you!

We’ve had an incredible experience with the CedCommerce TikTok Shop Integration, and honestly, it has completely transformed the way we scale our business on TikTok Shop. When we first started, we were only receiving around 20–30 orders per month, and managing everything felt extremely overwhelming. From product syncing to inventory management and order flow, we needed a solution that was reliable and a team that truly understood the challenges sellers face. That’s where CedCommerce made a huge difference.

A very special thanks to Aditi, who was our dedicated Technical Account Manager throughout the journey. She helped us right from scratch and supported us at every single stage with patience, professionalism, and genuine dedication. What stood out the most was that the support was never just about answering tickets — the team literally held our hands and walked us through each and every phase of the setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and scaling process. Whenever we faced confusion or technical challenges, they were there to guide us step by step until everything was running smoothly.

Today, thanks to the CedCommerce TikTok Shop Integration and the amazing support behind it, we are now generating around 20K+ orders per month, which honestly feels unbelievable compared to where we started. The app itself is powerful, stable, and has made syncing products, inventory, pricing, and orders incredibly seamless. But beyond the technology, it’s the people behind the app who truly make the difference.

If you are a seller looking to grow seriously on TikTok Shop, this integration is absolutely worth it. The CedCommerce team doesn’t just provide software — they become growth partners who genuinely care about your success. Highly, highly recommended from the entire Supreme CBD team.

From start to finish the whole process was super frictionless. We were able to save money whilst receiving a better service than a large other provider was able to
