Collect and approve US resale certificates. Approve sets B2B location tax-exempt, Pro adds audit ZIP
Shopify B2B only flips tax-exempt on a Company Location. CertVault stores the certificate behind that toggle. Merchants request a cert per location, buyers upload by link, and staff approve or reject in one inbox. Approval sets taxExempt on the location. You can export an audit binder ZIP and automatically clear taxExempt when a cert expires and no other valid cert remains. Does not file taxes or give tax advice.
- Per Company Location certificate vault for US resale and exemption documents
- Buyer upload links with no Shopify login required
- Approve or reject in one inbox; approval sets location tax-exempt
- Expiry reminders and automatic tax-exempt clear when a cert lapses
- Audit binder export (certificate files plus CSV register)
