PCでもモバイルでも確認や答えがやりやすい。
さらに、お客さんの情報確認もすぐできるので
CSする時間が短くなりましたし、
プロモーションなどもデータを見てからやるので
本当に楽です！
ずっと使うと思います！

Perfect app for the on-site MKT and CS. Easy to use and channel talk support team was very helpful and kindly gave us the guideline of all the settings ;)

Great CRM tool. Segmenting customers is very conveninet. Also, marketing recipes are very helpful with successful examples. Expecting more features integrating with Shopify.
