Chaperone has been a very useful addition to our fulfillment workflow. The biggest benefit is visibility—it quickly separates shipments that actually need attention from the ones that are simply moving through the carrier network normally.
The Needs Attention, At Risk, and Not Yet Picked Up views make it much easier to spot late deliveries, carrier exceptions, slipped ETAs, and labels that have not received a carrier scan. That gives our team a chance to act before the customer contacts us, which is exactly what we were looking for.
I also like that it is read-only and does not make changes to the store, orders, or theme. The Klaviyo, Zapier, and webhook options are useful for automating customer communication without adding more manual work.
For a brand or 3PL managing a meaningful volume of shipments, Chaperone is a simple way to improve shipment monitoring and reduce WISMO issues.
