This plugin really really helped us from a repeat attak rogue customer who was continuously placing orders when we didn't want to have him as a customer any longer. No other Shopify solution worked whereas this one did and worked immediately and blocked him 18 times and he now seems to have gone away. We would absolutely recommend this plugin to anyone else in a similar situation with their Shopify store.

The app is easy to set up and use, and the free tier is "good enough" for a lean business that needs this seemingly obvious feature that Shopify is missing. The paid tiers are reasonably priced for their value and are something I plan to eventually implement as this business grows. The app creator even reached out directly after setup to make sure everything was good. Great experience!

I had persistent scammer trying to make fraudulent orders in my Shopify online store, and Chargeback Blacklist has been 100% effective in stopping them. In 4 days there were 64 fraudulent orders that Chargeback Blacklist stopped. Highly recommend.

The app worked right away and was very easy to set up. The fraudster came back and was blocked instantly. I got an alert and was able to verify everything with my other records. This is a great app to have for your store. It will save you from a lot of stress with fraudulent chargebacks.
