The service from Grace was very quick, basically immediate and helped me fix the problem. The only thing i'd prefer more is if you could automatically pay funds with your credit card instead of topping up.
Very good experience, relative to other solutions I've tried. This is clean, not overcharging you and I genuinely have nothing bad to say. I like it and would recommend!
