Chargeback: Automatisk Beskytt

Excellent help from Andreas! he helped me setup everything i struggeled with in chargeback.io. I now have learned the basics i need to know and he was very patient with me. i definetly reccomend.

Thankyou!

Great service! Works amazing for our business for refunding chargebacks before they happen! Customer service is also phenomenal.

Great app, super functionality. Super great support. Appreciated the call with Roudy, he knew everything and all works well, thanks a lot :)

Support is amazing, I had an issue which got resolved pretty quickly even though it was a bit complicated.

Also had a call with a sales director which helped and ressaured me that everything is working perfectly fine and if I needed any help to reach out once again!

Highly recommend this app!!

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.

Great service, does exactly as said. Cheaper alerts than other apps and lots of help from the support team if you run into any issues, highly recommend.

Very Polished App, Good instructions, easy to understand and i know it will save a lot of chargebacks in the future. Worth having installed if you want peace of mind. Would rather pay the $15 alert fee and auto refund, then pay $15 chargeback fee and risk holds on merchant account. Makes sense to me.

Great support! Got everything working quick.

What an awesome tool! They help me prevent my business from dying and thus i can keep scalling without the worries of getting shut down. I really recommend them

very satisfied with chargeback io compared to other providers
