Chargeback: Automatisk Beskytt

good service and helps to get lower cbr%

We've only been using the app for a few days, but so far the experience has been excellent.

On just the second day after activation, we received an alert that allowed us to act quickly and prevent a chargeback. That single event alone demonstrated the value of this tool for our business.

The setup was straightforward, the alerts work as expected, and the platform provides confidence by helping us monitor potential disputes in real time.

Everything has been running smoothly so far, and we are very satisfied with the results. We would recommend this app to any store looking to reduce chargeback losses and gain greater control over the dispute process.

This app is far superior than the competitors ive used. The customer service is exceptional, the coverage is exceptional, and im super happy I switched. I never have to look back at my billing to ensure I didn't get double charged unlike another competitor. They are my go to from now on.

Good but always ways to improve in billing and other details regarding invoicing and better analytics of the platform to have a better overview.

great app. Also support is good 24/7 available Its great for if your dispute rate is going up

Had my first "save" yesterday, installing Chargeback.io saves you a lot of trouble. Okay it does cost you a fee but that is better than CB fees and makes life less troublesome. Setup is quite straigthforward.

Fast response time for onboarding. Thanks!

the support team is extremely helpful they answered every question i had, i was talking with Roudy and he walked me through everything and made the whole process 100 times easier. The app also looks incredible very easy to figure it out

Works perfect and always helped me without any problems

Nice to use
