Chargeback: Automatisk Beskytt

(1st update) Changing from 1 to 3 stars a visa chargeback slipped through but working with support who is very nice and spent almost an hour working with me to see why and make sure everything is fully connected. Hoping to get everything resolved soon and update this review accordingly. As long as i know I am protected and future chargebacks aren't an issue I am very happy. Just want to know I am being protected as promised by chargeback.io with Visa and Mastercard transactions. (Will update again the moment I know this is working correctly)

great app prevented me from going over 1%, you can customize whether to auto or manually review. works flawlessly

Very good app!

Very good experience, a super necessary application for anyone who wants to protect their payment provider account against chargebacks, and support is always available to help.

Overall the best on the market. Best pricing, customer support and catches the most chargebacks. Highly recommend.

Great app to use for preventing chargebacks.

Great experience with Chargeback.io. The platform works well, and support has always been quick and helpful. Andreas and Roudy have been especially responsive and easy to work with whenever I’ve needed assistance. Recommended.

Chargeback.io has been a great platform to work with. The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making chargeback management much more organized and efficient.

What stands out the most is the exceptional support team. They are always quick to respond, helpful, and efficient in resolving any issues or questions we have.

Highly recommend Chargeback.io to any business looking for a simple and effective chargeback management solution!

Works, but I had 2 chargebacks before it caught one, haven't had any since but hopefully it continues to block them.
