Works, but I had 2 chargebacks before it caught one, haven't had any since but hopefully it continues to block them.
Ridiculously solid app, much better than others I have tried. 10/10

The app works perfect and does exactly what it needs to do. Also the support is really helpful and responds fast!
I have set this up and was confused as to why it wasn't helping with my chargeback rate. Therefore i contacted support and they stated one card provider was not connected. They helped swiftly to correct this and its now working.
